A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Weekends AND Holidays are not business days. If the bank and or post office is closed. Most likely its a holiday.
Q: Will my order look like the picture on the website?
A: The picture Is for reference. All products are hand crafted and will look similar. I take great pride in putting out a quality product.
Q: Can you do special requests?
A: Yes, to an extent. Some requests may come with additional charges. Some requests may be denied.
Q: Will this product fit me?
A: Yes, unless it is specified as a display or bust. Also you can request a large mask.
Q: How do I care for my mask?
A: Oils from your skin can degrade natural latex over time. Clean the inside of the mask with a soapy damp sponge. After cleaning, give inside of mask a light dusting of cornstarch or non-talc powder. Always store mask out of direct sunlight and away from extreme hot or cold temperatures. Never soak or scrub the mask. Dust with a dry cloth and never use harsh cleansers. Hair can be cleaned with a damp sponge and restyled with hairspray.
Q: How do I store my mask?
A: Use plastic bags or anything that wont miss shape your mask. Its always best to put your mask on a stand to keep it's natural shape.
